How do I opt-in to receive invoice notification emails through HostMySite's Control Panel?
The following article explains how to opt-in to automated invoice notification emails for your hosting accounts through HostMySite's Control Panel. As your account reaches it's renewal date, an invoice is generated. By default new invoice notifications are not sent out. As either the Account Administrator or the Billing Contact, you can opt-in to new invoice notification emails.
To opt-in to receive invoice emails, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com.
- Click on Control Panel Login.
- Log into the Control Panel as one of the following:
- Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain
- Billing Contact and select the appropriate domain
- Click on Account & Billing and select Account Settings.
- Locate the Receive renewal notifices by email option and select the radio button labeled Yes.
- Click Save Changes to complete the change.
You will receive an email notification when your next invoice is generated.
