How do I use the Control Panel as a Reseller?
The Control Panel was designed with resellers in mind. Resellers can provide their customers with tools to manage hosting accounts and domains without branding information.
The reseller and retail customer with multiple hosting accounts should log into their accounts using their Account Administrator login information. This login allows access to all hosting accounts and functionality within a customer account. The Account Administrator can select a specific hosting account and create Billing or Technical Contacts that only have access to that specific hosting account.
For reseller accounts, Technical Contacts will be treated differently in the following manner.
- No access to the Support section of the Control Panel
- All emails sent from the Control Panel to Technical Contacts in regards to the hosting account are sent with a generic signature file, with the from and reply-to address of the reseller's email address on file, and generic subject line
