How do I add contacts to my SmarterMail account?
The following article explains how to add a single contact or a batch of contacts to your SmarterMail account through our control panel interface. You are able to add contacts for any user.
To add contacts, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
- Click on Control Panel Login.
- Log into the Control Panel as one of the following:
- Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain
- Technical Contact for the domain
- Click on Email and select Manage Users.
- Click Edit User next to the username.
- Click Insert Contacts for user@domainname.com
- Enter each mail contact using the following format:
- name, email address
- Click Update Contacts.
