How do I remove Postini Spam Filtering from a user?
The following article explains how to remove Postini Spam Filtering from a user. Once removed, emails sent to the user will no longer be filtered. For each user you remove, you can configure a different user for Postini Spam Filtering.
To remove Postini Spam Filtering from a user, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
- Click on Control Panel Login.
- Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
- Expand Postini Spam Filtering and click Manage Postini Users.
- Select the appropriate domain profile from the drop down. If you only have one domain profile, it will be selected by default.
- Click delete next to the user you wish to remove Postini Spam Filtering.
Please allow up to 5 minutes for the user(s) to be removed.
