How do I create a new project in VisualVault?
The following article explains how to create a new project in VisualVault. New projects in VisualVault are created to manage ongoing documented projects.
To create a new project, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to your VisualVault Login page.
- Enter the following information:
- User ID: this will typically be in the format of firstname.lastname
- Password: the password for your account
- From the Projects menu, select New Project.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Name: enter the name of the project
- Description: enter a short description of the project
- Copy From Project: select a project if you wish to copy the existing project into this project
- Click Continue.
A new project has been created in VisualVault.
