How do I setup email notifications in VisualVault?
The following article explains how to setup email notifications on a user level. When an account is setup, the email address for the user is setup in the user's profile. This enables the user to receive emails based on a few different options, or criteria.
To setup email notifications, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to your VisualVault Login page.
- Enter the following information:
- User ID: this will typically be in the format of firstname.lastname
- Password: the password for your account
- From the My Vault menu, select My Email Alert Subscriptions.
- From the Select Subscription Area dropdown, select the area you wish to subscribe from.
- Click the item you wish to subscribe.
- Choose the events you wish to subscribe to.
- Click Save Event Subscriptions.
