How do I change the number of rows displayed on a page in VisualVault?
The following article explains how to change the number of rows displayed on a page in VisualVault for a user. If the user would like less or more rows per page when they are looking at results of searches, document library, forms, etc, they can make this change to their user.
To change the number of rows displayed, please follow these steps:
- Open a browser window and go to your VisualVault Login page.
- Enter the following information:
- User ID: this will typically be in the format of firstname.lastname
- Password: the password for your account
- From the My Vault menu, select My Preferences.
- Click the Default Rows per Page dropdown box and choose the number of rows per page that you would like to display.
- Click Save Changes.
